Short answers, no fine print
A web app where content creators track custom content orders — what was ordered, what it costs, when it's due, what's been paid, and a link back to the chat it was sold in. If "customs" is a new word to you, start with what customs are.
Yes. My Customs is free to use.
Never. It doesn't process payments, hold funds, send invoices, or move money in any direction. The amounts you enter are your own record of money that changed hands somewhere else — on your platform, in your payment app, wherever. Nothing you type here causes a payment.
No, and that's deliberate. There's no login to hand over and no API access to grant. It cannot see your messages, your subscribers, or your content. You paste a link to a conversation; that link is all it ever holds. More on how that works in practice in the platform guide.
Yes. The demo on the home page runs entirely in your browser with sample data — click anything, nothing saves, and the server isn't even called while you explore. Refresh and it's gone.
You, and only the people you invite. Accounts are fully separate — another creator can never see your list. Nothing you enter is sold, shared with advertisers, or used to profile you; there are no third-party trackers on the site. The privacy policy is short and in plain English.
Yes. Team accounts give an assistant their own login to the same list — no shared passwords, and you can remove access any time.
Yes, and that's where it's most useful — customs get sold in DMs, which you read on your phone. Add the site to your home screen and it opens full-screen like an app. Turn on notifications if you want a daily update at a time you choose, and a heads-up when a teammate adds a custom.
All of them, because it doesn't plug into any of them: OnlyFans, Fansly, ManyVids, Fancentro, LoyalFans, Telegram — if fans ask you for customs there, you can track those customs here.
It does the payment math for you, works properly on a phone, makes overdue orders stand out on their own, gives teammates separate logins, and keeps a link back to each conversation. The honest comparison spells it out — including a free template if you'd rather stay with the spreadsheet.
Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
Email hello@mycustoms.cc. You can ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted at any time — it's your data, per the terms.
